Dissatisfied customer

Spar2u. Placed an order at 9:30am it's now 11:35am and still my order is not delivered. Unlike checkers 60 you have no way to track the driver to see how far they at. I'm unhappy with this service as the time slot I selected was 10-11 and it's been over 2 hours and still my order has not come. I ordered from topsbluff which is 7kl away.
