Dissapointing lack of Covid 19 protocols

At Spar Eersteriver today it was the norm for us to get our hands sanitized, trolley handles wiped or sprayed. However today a small 100ml lookalike bottle with a small drop off sanitizer met our hands, when we asked what about the trolley handles, security told us they no longer do that, and if we want any clarity on that we should go knock on the glass door of the Manager. We grab the closest manager, a finance manager and he ought to sort it out for us, and so he did calk the floor manager i assume, which then made some excuses why they cant follow the Covid 19 protocol as set out by the goverment. He eventually overturned his decision and ask the security to spray on our trolley handles, and say they will sort out the issue. We left our trolley and went to do our mo thly shopping at Spar Zevenwag. Very poor from Spar to want to save a few buck but compromise their consumers health and safety. How many other people with symptoms touch the same trolleys that products. So thousands of products and or staff might be infected just by them not having sanitizing protocols in front of the store?
