Dissapointed how Son was treated

Me and my son Gr8 was at Spar 2nd Ave Verwoerdpark Alberton at 8:13 on 16th February 2016. When I was paying at the till the cashier Ntombi my son took the steel trolley so we could go and our 2 bags was falling out the back of the trolley hanging and my son caught it but was struggling while holding on to it, nobody was helping him he had to wait for me to help him because I was still waiting for my chainge everybody there on shift was just looking at him laughing and not even trying to help him I was highly upset because my son was really hurt by everyone laughing and not helping at all. I shop there every day for years and I am so disappointed I will not shop there again. Really bad service from the staff. This Spar was my favourite place to shop but not now
