Disrespectful security employees

On the 26/11/2021 I went to spar to go collect the package I forgot the previous day There were 4 individuals at the door of which two were the security on duty at the time…I spoke to the security lady about the matter The gentleman “Mr Shenge” who was also at the entrance started interfering on the conversation I had with the lady He insulted and disrespected me so bad

“You are a black person you should know what I mean by saying how did you forget the parcel “ “You are used to *****ing peoples packages and claiming you forgot those things here and we have to be accountable for those “ “You think we work for you guys “ He kept on raising his voice at me

He’s tone and behaviour was very unacceptable He was very rude and disrespectful

I then went inside the store and requested to speak to the store manager I explained what has just occurred at the door and asked if the gentleman at the door works for Spar…he then explained that the guy works at the Spar Tops The manager promised to call me back before the end of working day on the 26/11/2021…yet I am still waiting for the call back
