Disrespect and disregard from Spar West Park management

So i bought groceries for R2990 and i was told by the staff and security to enter some competition that they have, i was called after 4 days and told that i won, when i went to pick up the prize.. firstly it was not in its original packaging and that was not disclosed... then i noted that:- =The price was a G5 Ferrari pizza maker which was Red in colour =The pizza maker was old and scratches were visible from the knobs and inside =The base where you put the pizza was so dirty and burnt =There were old oil products on the joints to show that it was used many times before that =It was all dusty and scratched showing that t was cleaned with a steel wool or something similar

The management of that facility do not respect their customers they only care about what goes in their pockets. Im waiting for a response after lodging a complaint with CGSO, if i dnt get any, ill even go to the offivce of the Minister.
