Dismissive rude manager

Don’t even want to give them 1 star. So I went to Spar in Sedgefield on a Sunday afternoon and they had a special on for the Lifebouy hand wash. While I’m in the aisle I see they do not have stock then I ask an assistant but she does not know what that is, then the manager coincidentally comes and calls her. I ask him if they have stock to which his answer is (mam if I ordered all the stuff that we have on special then we would not have any space in the store) which I find very rude because that was not what I asked him. A simple we are out of stock would have suffice or even suggesting a rain check, then he just kept on talking to the assistant and totally ignored me before I could ask another question. Love shopping at Spar but this is now the 2nd time where I have had a bad experience with this particular manager which is unacceptable. I also work with customers every day and this is not how you treat a customer or even speak to one, very disappointed and will definitely not shop there again
