Disillusioned

Last night I went to Spar at Glenwood Village Mall and I was not very happy as there were specials I was looking for but they didn't have them as there was no stock and no signage anywhere to say out of stock. I looked at least four times to try and find what I was looking for. There was also no-one on the floor to ask for assistance. Someone came out of the back eventually and I asked them and this is when I discovered they had no stock!!! I am also very disillusioned with Spar, the brand as well as they have advertised falsely about their competition. In their pamphlets and on the shelf it says: 'buy to win', this is not true. It is supposed to be 'but and stand the chance to win'. I was so upset because I didn't win anything even though I bought majority of the products that said 'buy to win'. It even tells you in the advert that if you buy those products, you will win instant cash of R1000. I'm in desperate need, like many others to win the instant cash, so I went and bought the products so I could win the R1000 cash, but it didn't happen because as I said it is as I was told afterwards 'buy and stand the chance to win'. This is a lie to lure the people in to the Spar under false pretenses and has made me very upset that a company such as Spar that normally has such a good reputation has decided to deceive their customers.
