Dishonest or Misleading advertising and labelling.
The Tin Roof Ice Cream was labelled for R34.00 in this mentioned SPAR Supermarket only to be informed by the teller that the price of Tin Roof Ice Cream is R 59.00.
The \assistant-manager"checked the labels and found that the said item was labelled R 34.00 but she refused to sell it for the labelled price. She called the Manager of Spar Supermarket Kromboom Rd. who told me that someone labelled the stuff wrongly but he will not sell \""it\"" for R34.00 and wanted to give me a less quality ice cream.Nowhere could we find a LABEL for R 59.00.We have rights by LAW:National Consumer Protection Act of April 2011:...2. The right to disclosure and information: \""Consumers must be provided with the facts needed to make informed choices and ensure their protection against dishonest or misleading advertising and labelling\"". SPAR should be punish for their POLICY on and for wrong labelling and misleading the public.
"""
