Disgusting SPAR = Promotion on MasterChef Pots and Pans and 6 months later still waiting for the lids, """"Appauling""" """""Disgusting""""""""

A few months ago you had a promotion, buy for a certain amount and you receive stickers. Once a certain is reached you are able to purchase MasterChef pots and pans at a special which I opted for. The lids you could then but provided you produced your slips of pots purchases. Well I am now waiting since June for these lids. We have been promised till now "It is coming" And today you starting another promotion issuing stickers for knives. Can I please have my lids else it is of no value to have the pots and pans, how disgusting and your Ridgeway branch thinks it is a very big joke, yet I dont see anything funny in it except we were caught, spending so much money on the whole set and no lids. Can I have a full refund or else the lids, What a joke and yet the public support to SPAR is excellent. It is now nearly 6 months and still waiting....
