Disgusting services on promotion with stickers

I cannot believe Spar has not responded, this is just a sign of dont care or otherwise confirms their poor services. I posted on the 31st October regarding the promotion they had on the MasterChef pots and to date still struggling to get the lids, staff at SPAR thinks it is a big joke and all they say is "its coming tomorrow" I dont think so since I have pots and no lids. And now they promoting knives which will probably come without handles, lousy
