disgusting service towards the elderly.

<p>incident date: 8/2/2017</p> <p>Gonubie Super Spar</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom who is a pensioner placed her few items on the express till counter, greeted the staff memeber and was recived by a lazy *********** stare followed by the staff memeber slapping the bread rolls and telling my mom that the 6 rolls count as 6 items and she must go elsewhere....(express till is 10 items or less....so are you telling me that a box of 12 eggs is 12 items??!!)</p> <p> </p> <p>she continued to belittle my mom and refused to assist, i did not expect that someone that has supported Spar since the beginning was treated this way, it is disgusting and unforgivable....furthermore that manageresses input was just as poor....no outcome, issue was not addressed and once again this rot is allowed to creep into what was once a great family store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Spar for chasing away another supporting family for good!!</p>
