Disgusting service order 54768

I placed an order for Spar2U delivery from Spar silver oaks at 13:46, delivery slot 14:00 - 15:00 I called the store at 15:10 to find out where my delivery is only to be told that they will now send the driver out, I then get a receipt and one of the items ordered was out of stock, the store did not make a call to find out about the alternative which spar normally does. The driver called me at 16:00 saying he is at my estate gate and wants to confirm the address which I gave to him, after 20 min he still did not arrive I called the store and was told they would call him to check, at 16:40 I called the store back for feedback and I was told they called him and there’s been no answer so he is probably driving, so he came to my estate and just decided to leave? Driving around with my delivery items? This is disgusting service, it is my first time ordering from silver oaks as the Moreleta spar we normally use did not have stock of some items, the guy at customer service then tells me my address is wrong yet the other spar delivers here everyday without trouble, I want spar to refund me for my order, I do not want items that a driver has been driving around with in the sun for hours!!! This is ridiculous
