Disgusting service from the supervisor

Went there for a few things on Friday 25th of June, the place is clean, friendly cashiers, but the lady at the customer services is just something else. I bought a packet of spicy russians, got home and noticed they were spoiled, I immediately took them back, security was helpful in directing me as to where to go, but as I was waiting for customer service, this lady approached me and without even waiting to hear why im standing there, or atleast ask me she just said "I queue yenu nina ipha kwesas'tulo" and I told her I don't know what queue she's assuming I'm here for, I'm simply returning the old Russians that I bought a few minutes ago, she grabbed the slip from my hand including the Russians, went to a cashier gill,and came back with the refund. No Apology, didn't even ask me if I would like to buy another pack that was fresh,just handed me the money and walked away. It didn't really bother me that the Russians were rotten, it's a very big store and it's clean, but the attitude from what seems to be the supervisor was horrible and disgusting. Cashiers and security including the queue Marshall at the till points are all doing an excellent job under those very busy circumstances
