DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM SPAR AND ADDIS

My husband went on business to Herm**** last week, while there he went to Spar at Gateway and bought an Addis Spritzer Mop, when he got back to Cape Town and I wanted to open it and use it I found there was a part missing. He immediately called the Manager at Spar and advised what happened. We told the Manager that this mop was not cheap and we could not drive back to Herm**** to replace a product, we were told that al Spars are self owned and we could not swop it elsewhere. The Manager took my husbands details and phone number and was advised that he would contact the sales rep for Addis to organize us the missing part! We have sent two emails to Addis complaining and nobody gets back to us, not Addis or the Manager at Spar. I am disgusted. I can now not use my mop until someone decides to sort this out!!
