Disgusting service from Protea Spar in Queenstown

Today I went shopping with my wife at Protea Spar in Queenstown in the Eastern Cape,

When my wife was unloading the groceries from the trolley to the counter she knocked over a Speedpoint card machine and it fell and she said sorry,now the Speedpoint would not switch back on and a supervisor was called and she said they must just tell the manager,

The cashiers name is Sisanda went to the manager and came back a few minutes later and told my wife to say thank you to her,my wife asked why she should thank her and she said because we are not going to pay for the Speedpoint, my wife told her the machine should not have been there in the 1st place where groceries are supposed to be unpacked then the cashier said she is Dom and stupid because she helped us.

She continued with the insults until I intervened and stopped them and asked a Security guard for the manager, the White lady (JACKIE) just said sorry she will sort it out.

I asked her is that all she's going to say or do and insisted she take my wife's number and give us feedback about she has done about the situation.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received there and will never set foot there again and I am going to spread the word.
