DISGUSTING SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO DECEMBER!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 3rd of December and haven't received it yet.Mast year this time my order was mysteriously cancelled without my knowledge and nobody even notified me of this. This messed everything up for me because it took some time for Avon to rectify the matter . Inot the end I had to resend the order and then they refused to at least arrange an urgent delivery! !!!! Once again Avon has proved to be unorganized and useless when it comes to December !!!!!!! I hope someone can contact me regarding this matter because this is very unacceptable! !!!!!! I guess I should've expected this to happen! !!!!!!
