Disgusting service at Wellington Spar

Good day, Yesterday, 26 November 2024, I bought Baby Soft 18's 2ply at Paarl East Spar. Upon my arrival at home, I discovered that I intended to take the 24's pack. I wanted to return it to Spar Wellington as I stay in Wellington. They advised that I cannot, I need to take it to Paarl. I have bought items on numerous times even in Johannesburg and return it in Wellington/Paarl and no shop ever refused to take it back. And I do have the slip to prove the purchase.
