Disgusting service and care

We saw an add for mince at 84.99 and went to the store above and it was all marked at 99.99 , we then went to bromhof spar , also same thing we then phoned head office and waited forever for someone to answer they said it was available in the Randburg area and mol phoned to say the offer had expired which was a lie eventually after a period of time the regional manager phoned to say that the mince would be ready today at 1 , we went to the store and low and behold they hadn’t even started mincing the meat . When it arrived the pricing was at 99.99 , we were told that the management were in a meeting but on investigation, the whole bunch of management were drinking coffee and having a good old chat. The butcher knew nothing about the order so that was a waste of an hour and I took of pic of them and got told it was ******* to take I pic of them having a party , so obviously their chit chat was more important than seeing and helping customers .
