disgusting service

<p>the customer service at SPAR Carlswald was terrible. what happened to the basics of customer service, you go to buy and you see the cashiers making fun of customers that are buying, chit chats as if we have the whole day. the laddies at the kiosk need training on how to treat customers fairly. There is no need for the customers time to be watsed when they just want to buy and leave. however we have to be listenign to chit chats that they decuide to have when they have to be working. Pamela, Catherine , Getrude.....i am a custome that was truly disturbed with this, even addressing the matter with the manager nothing was done ...manager Jonathan. </p>
