Disgusting nauseating lunch

Quickly popped out of the office for lunch. Bought toasted sandwich at SPAR. Got back to office, saw some kind of fine fibre on the bread. Proceeded to take it off and took a few bites. Except the fact that sliced processed cheese was used, to my disgust I discovered more fibres INSIDE the sandwich, in the cheese, everywhere!!! Needless to say, this is the point where I vomited. At SPAR, I opted for the toasted sandwich as the flies can be seen feasting on the cooked food at the back. Very sad indeed, as this is my closest option for lunch. Luckily Woolworths is right across the road. And I WILL pay more for something that is hygienically safe to eat. Very disappointed in SPAR.
