disgusting management

I went to the shop last week and purchased a few perishables. The cashier offered me a plastic which I purchased asking her to plz back my stuff away. She said OK and then when I reached home I noticed that a box of cake was missing. I was so furious as I had guests and could not go back due to it being after 8pm. The next day I went and spoke to nomusa a supervisor who remembered me as she had voided an item (not the cake ) the night before. After I gave her my slip she called dumisane and he assured me that he will contact me soon to advise me of the outcome. 3 days passed and no responce, I then called the management last Fri and he assured me that he will speak to dumisane and revert to me the next day as dumisane was off on Fri. It was a white male manager I spoke to. Up to date he had not even had the decency to call back. I even told him that if I don't get an explanation as to why the cashier did not pack my cakes away I am going to report on hello peter. He said he will get back. This is absolutely rude and these management have no respect for us consumers at all. Few months ago a few items scanned more than what it was advertised but I overlooked it.terrible manageme
