Disgusting hygiene

Good day

I don't know whether I must say am disappointed or disgusted. After church today 6 August 2017, I decided to cook just stew then buy dough at SuperSpar as I was tired and wanted something nice and quick as it Sunday. I went to 2ND Avenue Super Spar to buy dough and few things. In the fridge there was no dough then I went to the bakery counter to get dough, the lady u was there had a bracket on her hand and a mop. She took of the plastic glove and dipped the mop on the bucket.

I asked her her if there was still dough, she told me to check in the fridge I told her it's not ther. She told me to look therally , I did as command still it was not there I told her it's not there. She squeezed the mop told me she is coming back to check it in the kitchen. Since she was mopping I never thought she would take the dough with those filthy hands she was moping with. As she is working in the bakery and hygiene is one of the most important things they are taught . She came back with a dough, scale it. When I get home the dough was all dirty with soil particles I even took the picture, I had to throw it away. Why would she be so evil not to was her hands knowing she was moping the floor. Am sure the plastic glove she took off once she is done moping she won't even bother to wash her hand. She will just put them back in, Spar is a very well established retail store which am sure hygiene must be their first priority. I took pictures of the dough. Someone please explain this manner, I wanted to post this in Facebook but I thought let me first start here then escalate this matter with social media.
