Disgusting customer service

Ive never experienced such disgusting customer servive at spar more especially from management level ive never seen a useless ,*********** supervisor (Siyanda) and a very uncaring and unbothered store manager (Muzie) ive wasted an entire 45min your for you to fix an error that yall made being over charged for something that clearly states the price on your adverti*****t . And I cant stress enough the rotten attitude your supervisor(Siyanda) has towards customers. MUZIE (STORE MANAGER ) was no help also, he has no time for customers whatsoever , forever on hes cellular phone he couldn't careless wether theres a commosion in hes store or its burning aslong hes laughing on cell phone. That spar is the ****tiest spar ive ever seen. And I request an apology from both parties the manager and hes supervisor . Cell : ***
