Disgusting Customer Service

Having went shopping today at Kwik Spar Obs. I am absolutely disgusted by the terrible service and disgusting attitude on the floor from the staff. The manager on duty paying no regard to cuatomers around him and holding up the line for paying customers so he can chat to staff. Furthermore his behavior was superseded by a staff member named Hazel who felt it was her place to pass negative comments about me and my bank card. I can firmly say after shopping at Spar for years, i will never plan to return to any Spar establishment,especially in Cape Town, if this is how the organization plans to conduct itself. Purchase date: 06.10.2024 at 11:22 AM at till number 006. Cashier named Hazel. She also refused to provide me with the managers name of whom was on duty.
