Disgusting customer service!

I went to Spar Goldman and I have never had someone be so rude for no reason. A product was not scanning the advertised rewards discount. They called lady responsible (Snethemba) as the supervisor (Mapule) was unable to do it. When Snethemba came she was so rude and adamant that it’s not the product as we tried to explain to her. And she said well if this customer is not happy she must call dc or d6. It is not her problem. They asked her to apologise and she refused. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered. I have worked in customer service and no customer is treated like this. She requires training for such disgusting behaviour infront of customers and the supervisor. I cancelled my shopping because of the this.
