disgusting customer service

I went to Spar 14th Avenue a couple of weeks ago, as i drove into the parking lot there was a small bump in the parking lot which i slowed down for, but right after the bump was a dip and it caught the underside of my bumper. Two holding pins on my bumper came off and my condenser was also cracked which is estimated at R 7 000.00 to repair. I phoned Spar customer service and reported it, stating that i don't want any money from Spar but that something must be done to the parking lot entrance. There are marks on the dip that proved i was not the only one that this has happened to. I spoke to Glenda and emailed her a pic showing the damage, i did this last Friday already and as yet no feedback. I will now take this matter further to ensure that i get heard and that my complaint is valid.
