Disgusting Customer Service

<p>I went to Spar Vangate Mall to do my month end shopping as they are very convenient, friendly and clean. I normally go shop at Rosmead Spar in Kenilworth but because they are closer I go there most times too. I purchased some Mallotofs as it was advertised for R1.50 each as I got closer to the till I heard a commotionand it was baout this Mallotof's that when you come to the till its R1.99. Now its just a few cents difference which I dont mind but what false advertising is this. So many people bought of these Mallotof's I eventually out some of them down after hearing how the manager spoke to cashier when she tired to explain the false advertising. The manager Richard Amendro said to her in front of customers "shut up just shut up" the look on that cashiers face was a total look of embarrassment. Customers behind me then put down of their Mallotof's to, the manager went to the stand where it was advertised and to my disgust the ticket pricing was taking off. First of all its disgusting to false advertise things and secondly this manager has now way of speaking to his staff. He was just blatantly rude. After paying my goods I looked for him in store to check him and tell him about his pathetic disgusting customer service. If he speaks like that to the staff how does he not speak to his family members. I'm thinking how did he get this position if he doesn't have respect for his staff members. I then approached the lady at the info desk Simone who asked me to write a letter to Kokkie the store owner which I did. Never have I come into this Spar that I have been shopping at for years have I seen or heard something like this. I'm sure that this way of talking to staff members in front of customers is not allowed.</p>
