Disgusting attitude

I went to a Spar in Durban, next to Addington hospital. I had a Beacon voucher (from Beacon) that I wanted to use. The cashier told me that they do not accept vouchers at all. I found this strange so I asked to speak to the manager. When I went to him, without even greeting me, he just blurted out loud that they do not accept vouchers at all. Despite his foul attitude, I introduced myself. I had to ask him to explain why they do not accept vouchers - and he said that it is his stores policy. There are ways of handling a customer and this is not how its done. This manager is so off-putting that I would never want to go to that store again. If he is like that to his customers, what kind of example is he setting to the rest of his staff.
