Disgusting attitude

My friend and I went to Spar in Fairland 5th Avenue round about 19:40 knowing that they close at 20:00 during the weekdays .When we got there it was also written that they close at 20:00 but it was alrrady closed at 19:40.When we asked the manager he rudely told us that *unfortunately I decided to close early today and there's nothing I can do*We asked him why is it written 20:00? and he repeated that he decided to close eay and walked away.What kind of service is that? Why is that manager still there because it seems like he doesn't know how to operate the business and certainly has no clue how to speak to customers.<br> We need clarity!! What was the reason for that Spar to close at 19:40 instead of 20:00?Why does he have to speak to us as customers in that manner? There was suppose to be a notice board informing the customers about them closing early this day :2015/12/24<br> <br> Disgusted customer!!!! I hate your manager!!
