Disgusted in Florida Rd Spar Employees

Location: Super/Quick Spar Morning Side / Florida Rd. Date: 14/03/2018 Issue: Horrific Incident at the Shop During at around lunch time i visited the Spar along Florida Rd, there was a gentlemen in the store who intended on purchasing a few items, ie: Bread/OIL and Tinned Fish, this gentlemen did not have all or enough money for his desired items and was opting to ask another shopper to assist him or help him with his short fall, although this is not standard operating procedures, the gentlemen in question had no intention of *****ing these items and merely needed assistance, something we all may need from time to time considering the economic crises. What i witnessed there after was traumatizing to say the least, this gentlemen was approached by x 2 store employees, Claude (Manager) and Ali, he explained his situation and before i could intervene to help, these employees verbaliy abused and proceeded to assault this gentlemen, in the store in full view of other patrons, further more he was forced to go to the back of the store where he was further assaulted, i find this behavior utterly disgusting as the gentlemen merely needed help, i rushed to the side of the store where i was able to see what was happening at the back end, there was an elderly gentlemen (employee) sitting at the gate who blatantly ignored this gentlemen cries for help as he was abused for no reason of for not affording to purchase, its clear that both Claude and Ali do this on a regular bases as other staff members merely just looked on, my knowledge is that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, this was not the case, i tried getting hold of the gentlemen to assist him in pressing charges but i was not successful, i am disgusted and will boycott the spar franchise in Florida rd on social media if this is not resolved, my allegations can be backed up by the store camera's. I await feedback in this regard.
