Disgusted customer!

Today, l stopped by the SuperSpar in Butterworth. I requested a cash back with my sale, since my items did not amount to the R200.00 minimum buy! The manager, whose name was given to me was not only unhelpful but also blatantly RUDE! Is there such a rule? Or does it only apply in Butterworth? What happened to customer care????
