Disgusted by Spar and Duplicate deduction from our accounts

On Sunday I visited Spar in Bellville I did my purchases to the value of R339.24 and when I got to the tills I paid with my Absa card. They swiped my card and the funds went off from my account, they told me that they are experiencing speed point glitches and that according to them the transaction did not go through. The swiped my card for the second time and funds again went off from my account, this time around they confirmed to have received the money from my account.

On Monday I emailed Spar in Bellville to report the matter and I was told to contact my bank to reverse one payment and let the other one go through, I did so. To my surprise on Wednesday Spar again debited me. Why am I suffering because of your stupid speed point glitches????????????????????? I need my money back before the end of business day
