Disgusted!

I visited the Zevenwacht Mall store on 15/07/2015 and bought R500's worth of vouchers or gift cards. The lady gave me 5 R100 cards that I could spend immediately. We have an incentive at work that allows us to buy the gift cards and submit the slip which then goes as a little bonus. This being said we can choose any shop that we prefer. I decided to get a spar card and use my cash for other things. This turned out to be the worst decision.<br> After getting the things I wanted to buy, I proceeded to the check out. The cashier, Buhle, (extremely kind and helpful lady) took the first gift card that had to have R100 on it and swiped it. It came back saying NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS. I thought perhaps its a faulty card and then she tried the next one. None of the cards had any value. <br> The lady that sold the cards to me 15 minutes ago came to the till point and tried to swipe it again. Still no value. She left the till and Buhle (the cashier) made small talk with me as to make the time spent there bearable. I stood there for 45 minutes with no solution. I then demanded that a manager come to the floor. It took another 15 minutes for the manager to arrive. <br> <br> Thembisile came to the till
