DISGUSTED!!!!

I have been very unimpressed by the Spar at Sandy Centre in Pinetown. I phoned them over a week ago and they said they would come back to me, I have had no phone call. I sent them an email yesterday and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of the email. I can't believe a company like this is so lacks. I now I understand how come there staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful. It starts from the top and if the managers are not committed to there jobs, how can you expect your staff to be.

I had a complaint about poor service by one of the cashiers and after requesting a specific product four times, yes four times, she still came back with the incorrect product and was very rude. I then went on another occasion to the shop and the shop assistant at the weighing station was actually lying OVER, yes OVER the scale and when I went to weigh my bananas there was no greeting just a yawn from the assistant. The staff just walk directly into you or push you out the way to get past you. They will walk right past you and not even ask you if you need any assistance. They will actually be in the same isle as you and not offer assistance. I have never had such an awful Spar experience as I have twice now at Main Spar - Sandy Centre!!!
