Disgraceful Service

To whom it will concern!

On the 21 February 2018 at approximately 13:45 at the main entrance of Spar Chatsworth Centre, Durban South Africa. the security guard on duty named Steven,was verbally and physical abusive, as I was existing the store he was extremely rude to me nd my girlfriend nd addressed us with no respect by saying" "do you not know how to follow rules wait there is this your first time in a shop, shopping" very rudely so I said "Yes it is" because of how he said it.so he then wanted to checked my till slip so when I gave him to check I then asked him why ain't u doing your job properly and you don't know how to following rules because he just saw dr slip nd wrote on it without checking the trolly he then pursued to say "you think you smart and got a big mouth and this not some preschool" so I said I'm not speaking anyhow to you all I'm asking why u not doing it properly because my trolly was not near me he then came foward and grabbed my arm pulled me nd said I smack you, my girlfriend had to intervene nd push me away from him so he doesn't attack me any further as there was no management present at the time to control the situation I walked away I came back and layed a complaint in the store nd was told it's not there first time he has done something like this, he came as I wanted an apology from him and not the store when he came forth he was still so rude he did not show any sympathy and had no care, he didnt want to apologise and said I undermined him by saying what I said when initially i didnt say anything he then went further by saying in the presence of the store manager that let solve this problem man to man after work. He was forced to apologise and still didnt have a care in the world. I was extemely disappointed that in such a big store this is the type of security is present and it's not the store or the security company as when I was exciting the store once again another security of the same company came forth and apologised on that guys behalf just because they work together which was not at all nesasary. So I suggest that he be realived of his job as he doesn't not know how to do it and has no respect of it and I never want to see him at the store ever again this should never happen to any customer.
