Disgraceful

I used Spar2U for the first time and it will be the last time, placed an order, there was a missing item I was charged for but Spar has no way to log an issue with an order or rate an order like every other retailer on the planet...how am I supposed to get a refund or is this how Spar makes there money, by *********** there clients. App says to go to the store for a refund, I order online but must go to the store to log an issue, that is dumbest thing ever.
