DISCUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY CHELSEA SPAR IN NEW GERMANY

CHELSEA SPAR IN NEW GERMANY I have no words to explain the frustration and disappointment I have for Chelsea Spar in New Germany. My wife went for a shopping and the security guard (Mlungisi) spray my wife on her back and when my wife ask why and he rep****, “DON’T COME WITH YOUR PROBLEMS HERE”

I personally went to shop to get clarity and assistance to address the matter. I was told that the manager is already gone and the supervisor / manager who was on site by the name of Angela refused to give us the manager’s number or the owners number (Mr Ravi). We were told that the manager is fairly new and I don’t have his cellphone number which I find impossible to believe. When I confronted the security guard, admitted that she told my wife not to bring her problems to the shop. The security supervisor who was on site, only told us that she will conduct investigation and report back to us without even asking my wife for a proper statement or taking notes during the discussion.

We cannot have one of the biggest brand in South Africa like Spar failing to protect women who are coming to their site to do shopping by allowing their security personnel to harass them like that. Spar is supposed to be in the front fighting violence against women. Someone might think that I am exaggerating but I cannot keep quiet and wait for another women to be harassed again. It’s start with 1 woman and end up with a serial killer “UMALGAJU” killing innocent women in the community.

My wife came back home crying and my kids had to tell me the story. Spar need to stand up for this behavior and stop this nonsense.
