Disappointment of spar buffalo flats

I am so disappointed in spar buffalo flats, I won free Christmas shopping but the lady at the till did not tell me anything when she saw my transaction was showing zero after I swiped my rewards card... she quickly processed my transaction and all I got was the box of cones that I was going to swipe for my son with the last R40 that was in my bank account... God knows I needed that shopping coz I am a foster mother of 3 boys with a very low income... the lady at the till just gave me a blank stare and gave the cones saying it's free... I'm so down right now coz that free shopping would have made a big difference... feeling like all this is a big ****.
