Disappointing service

I placed an order on the 30th of April 2023 around 4:30pm and selected that the delivery time should be around 17:00 - 18:00, not only was the order late but it was not delivered at all and no communication of the delay and the customer care number was not going through. I had to eventually cancel the order and drive out to get the items i had ordered at a different retailer. Next day the 01 May 2023 i called their customer care to find out about my refund and the process of refund but the lady who assisted was very agitated and was not really helpful but did promise to email the store for my refund. The very same day at around 15:300pm i received a call the delivery guy at the gate to deliver an order i had placed the previous day unfortunately i told him i had cancelled the order and no longer needed the items. No one has said anything about my refund of the items i had paid for and never received on time. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Ordef number was 82242.
