Disappointing service by Spar Mount Edgecombe.

Very poor customer service and bad experience. I am very disappointed with the service that I received from the staff including the security guard that was on duty and the store manager. What saddens me is that a customer's belonging goes missing in your store, upon checking for footage you do see everything however have the audacity to tell me that "Unfortunately, we can't assist you with anything " after promising to call me back (which of course was not done). Their staff have a very bad attitude, they can't treat customer's fairly, they are also ******.
