Disappointing Service and Inconsistent Policies at KWIKSPAR Boulevard, District Six

I had a disappointing experience at KWIKSPAR Boulevard, District Six. I ordered pizza via WhatsApp as instructed, but when I arrived at 12 PM, I was met with rude and unhelpful service from a staff member outside. She was dismissive and uncooperative when I asked about my order. Inside, the manager was also disrespectful and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I saw a group being served their order of 7 pizzas, which contradicted the store’s earlier statements about not accepting prior orders. The customer service was poor, and the process needs improvement.
