Disappointing

Good afternoon,

I placed an order number 11792, unfortunately I do not know how it happened that it was Albany Low G.I Albany I only realised when the notification that the order had been placed from the app.

I called Spar Karaglen, I can't remember who I spoke to she advised that the order has already left and that I should send the driver (Clinton) back with the bread, upon the driver's arrival I explained the same thing to him but he was not interested and asked if he would have to come back, I rep**** and said probably because he is going with the brown bread (I stuck the little white paper with my order number on it).

When he left, I called Spar Kareglen again. This time I spoke to Emalda and she said she will let me know once the driver returns I called again to get feedback, she advised that the driver is back but she will have to wait for the manager then get back to me.

Emalda called me back, she said the manager (didn't provide her name) said the driver cannot come back, So the driver took the bread I normally go to the Spar at Bedfordview, it's closest to my house and I do delivery from Karaglen because it is closest to my office. I have never been there physically because I am not mobile.

Can I please just have the R22.99 refunded back to my card
