Disappointed - No Goody Bag

I entered for the Spar Women's Race this past Sunday 7 June 2015 in Durban. When me and my mother went to fetch (at Suncoast Casino) our Race number tags and goody bag with the T-shirts on the Saturday 6 June 2015 before the race we were informed that they had run out of t-shirts and goody bags. After a lot of protesting we were given the T- Shirts and informed that our goody bags would be delivered to us by courier on Monday 8 June 2015. They took down our contact details and indicated we would be called on Monday to provide an address for delivery. To date we have not received a call from Spar. This is very disappointing as they did not keep their promise and it is becoming clear that there was no intention on their behalf to follow through. We were just told a story to get us off their backs. Very disappointed since it was my first time entering this race!!!
