Disappointed in the Bad Service and Attitude

I shop a Kloof Spar at least 3 times a week, and normally end up paying the the cigarette counter as its quicker if you just buying lunch. <br> <br> Today after doing my shopping I went to the cigarette counter to be served by Melissa, which I have seen there multiple times and have had bad service before, I put my items on the counter to which she scans and slaps back down with no care that I am buying it of which was raw chicken 2 x packs she asks if I want a packet and I said no thank you, normally the staff put the chicken in the small clear packages as we know they can leak but she didn't and just took the card out of my hand for payment, I when went to the counter next to it to get the clear bags to do it myself she didn't even react however the lady next to her asked if I needed a hand. <br> <br> Melissa didn't read the amount to me nor ask for my pin just turned the machine around. To me she shouldn't be on the tills as she doesn't even have basic basic customer service skills. <br> <br> Why should I shop somewhere is staff that have bad attitudes and no care for the customer. and this is not the first time that I have received shocking service from her.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
