Disappointed in staff

I just would like to say that I am dissappointed in the manner in which my husband was treated by the teller and the floor manager at Mills Spar this afternoon. He purchased a product and when the teller rang up the items my husband noticed that the grand total was incorrect. When he pointed this out to the teller and floor manager they insisted that he pays for the product even if the price for the product was incorrect. Only after a few minutes of arguing with the teller and floor manager did they realise that they were wrong and that my husband was right. The staff did not even apologise which I find to be unprofessional of them especially no apologies from the floor manager. I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that the staff working as the tellers at this very Spar are very unfriendly as well.
