Disappointed

I was at Spar Diepkloof Squire yesterday,and I am utterly disgusted at how the manager "Cuban" was addressing a merchandiser from Blue Ribbon. He did not care about the customers around him. He was cursing at the poor lady. Now I don't know what culture Spar has but I'm am certainly not impressed at it. He is extremely disrespectful and clearly does not have respect for even his customers let alone his staff. There is actually complaints about him, apparently this is a "norm" at Spar Diepkloof square for such behavior. Please address the matter and teach such people on how to deal and act around their customers
