Disappointed and Shocked!!!!

I'm so disappointed at SPAR Moratiwa in Limpopo I went there this morning at around 10am to go buy some Christmas food obviously the store was packed everyone wants to buy food and cook like we all do in Christmas...well the store was extremely hot too much heat aircons were off basically everyone was complaining on the cues about the heat NO social distance the store was so packed I'm still shocked that Covid rules they not practiced at all I felt like I'm at some local ****a where everyone is allowed to do whatever they want🤨 I confronted the Manager about the aircons I'm still Shocked by his response as if he doesn't care he gave me that "ai" you can do whatever you want response He was even sweating himself he didn't even bother to switch them on....well I'm hurt and also I didn't feel safe at all people where wearing mask under their noses that SPAR is hell😭
