Disappointed....

<p>My husband went to the Knowles Spar bakery department on the 13/12/2016 to order a vanilla butter cream cake for a function we were attending, the cake was to be ready at 15:00 on the 15/12/2016. He went to the store to purchase the cake on the 15/12/2016, we were very happy with the beautifully decorated cake. When we attended the function it turned out that that the cake was chocolate and not vanilla like we had ordered which was a total disappointment and the cake was so hard...! I definitely don't think that the cake was freshly made. IThe olnly reason I ordered the cake from there was because it was highly recommended but it just turned out to be a disappointment.</p>
