Disappointed

I'm writing on behalf of my mother...She's very disappointed with the service she received at Spar Queensmead Umbilo yesterday. She bought a case of Sparletta cooldrins different flavours, the cooldrinks scanned a different price three times wen she quered this she was told to wait for the big BOSSES nobody helped in anyway the cashier was wrong saying he doesn't have an explanation either... I would like for this matter to be attended to as soon as possible
