Disappointed

I was not happy with the service received from Hellen who was assisting me at the kiosk, firstly when we were standing at the que, she was busy helping a customer while speaking to her relative, ok i did'nt mind that, but what made me angry is, when i got there i asked if there is preg tests detect availabe and she said yes and gave it to me, as she scarned she told me that since i have 6 items she wont be able to help me because only 5 items were allowed at the kiosk and i have to go back and pay my things at the main POS, i told her that since thats the case i need her to scan 5 items and the other item alone after that transaction because i cannot go back and stand another 20 minutes on the que and the reason y i went to pay my things there is because i wanted the preg tests and they were not at the shelves but kiosk, i mean i can't stand at the que twice just to pay for 6 items, she was so rude even explaining the so called rule for 5 items I had to force her to assist me because i told her i was not going to stand another que since i waisted my time in that que, I was not happy about the service i got, i always thought Spar was better than shoprite, but i guess, i was wrong!
